We have a vision to provide smartly designed homes that are energy self sufficient and affordable to a majority of prospective buyers.
There is a lot of emphasis on energy efficiency and self sustainability in the construction market right now. But, so much of it is too expensive for the majority of us to use. There are some great options available, just not reasonable for the mass market. We can look at this from another perspective! When we approach a project, let’s not automatically refer back to exactly what we have done on every other project.
We think we can scale back in numerous other areas that are just fluff and spend our money more wisely and efficiently on the items that truly matter – like the additional costs needed to build a fully self sustaining house using solar, wind and water power. Design a floor plan with your lifestyle in mind. How do we live, what rooms do we really need. Instead of repeating, let’s create!
