Handyman
Handyman services are jobs that are completed in one day.
After you are in contact DSM Construction with your service request and some details about the items you need addressed, we will put you on the schedule. On the day of your appointment, we will arrive 5-10 minutes early and go over our simple service agreement for both of us to sign which releases us to work on your property. We then take care of all items that you need addressed and review them to assure that you are completely satisfied with the finished product. Once you are satisfied, you will get an invoice for your total amount that will be due the same day.
Pricing: There is a $35 service charge for all of metro Atlanta to come out to your project. If you are outside of the metro area we charge hourly for oneway travel time. We charge $50 an hour for all time spent on your handyman projects plus material reimbursement with no markup.
